If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

• The item must be in its original condition

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (excluding shipping).

• Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note:

• Digital products, downloads, and courses are non-refundable

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective
